Shivdarshan Yadav is calling from Bairgarh village in tehsil Chhipia Navgarh block of Chandauli district in Uttar Pradesh and says in 2008 there was an advertisement for Shiksha Mitra ( para teachers) in village Mangrehi and some people had applied.
