Suresh Gupta is calling from Chhatarpur village and panchayat in Ramchandrpur block of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh and says 40 children are enrolled in village primary school and have one teacher. 50 students enrolled in middle school which also has only one teacher who is not regular.
