Chhotu Kol is visiting Majhiar village in Sirmaur tehsil of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where he meets Sardar who tells him that his house was destroyed after flood 3 weeks back and like him more than 50 families are living on road with most of their luggage. Patwari ( revenue inspector) has visited but has not helped. Local officers are not helping them even write a complaint letter.
