Mohan Kumara traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Chiturugudem village in Pedaraigudem Panchayat, Kukunur Mandal, West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh where villagers tell in Gondi that they came from Chhattisgarh 18 years ago but don’t have ration and voter id cards till date.
