Sharif Basor is calling from Basor Mohalla, Ambedkar Nagar in Dabhaura village of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and says 250 dalit and adivasi families live here and the hand pump is broken from 15 days.Mechanic demands for 1500 rupees to repair which poor dalits can’t afford and fetch water from 1 km.
