My name is Fulmet Pahadi Korwa. I am calling from Upar Salkheta village in Gitkalo panchayat post Kumarta block Dharmajaigarh district Raigarh Chhattisgarh. Today I want to tell you about Mitahru kand ( root) found in forest up in hills near my village. This is like a bush which has roots which needs digging. We eat it after taking off the skins.
