Rajendra Gupta from Tamnar in Raigarh Chhattisgarh is telling us about Coal Satyagraha organised in Gare village there on 1st and 2nd October. This Satyagraha started in 2012 and is happening every year since. Supreme Court has given rights to land owners over mineral beneath their land and the people assembled during the Satyagraha will also discuss about it.
