Pinaki Jha is calling from Kanti, Muzaffarpur Bihar and says due to a Thermal power plant of National Thermal Power corporation in their area all the hand pumps in the area have dried up and there is no water for villagers and cattle now. Plant has dug deep tubewells and have soaked all water.Earlier they also had a canal and were very happy farming but now there is no water in the canal also.
