Ramashankar Prajapati is calling from Chhipiya village of Jaba block, Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and says a message was recorded by Jagdish on 9th September saying that Tehsildar has issued notice to 200 people to vacate their houses or otherwise for demolition.
