Ramashankar Prajapati is talking to villagers in Sardar Patel Nagar of Itaura village, tahsil Raipur Karchuliyan, Rewa district in MP where women say ration shop dealer there doesn’t open shop regularly or distributes the ration. Every time he says to come next day and closes the shop. This has been happening from 3 months and they are fed up with his behavior.
