JM Rangeela from Bokaro Jharkhand is talking to a displaced person from mines of Coal India who tells him that at the time of land acquisition Coal India had made many promises but most of them are unfulfilled after 2 years. Only 2 persons have got job and they have also not given drinking water and other facilities. He says an enquiry is going for allocation of coal block. Rajesh Tripathi from Jan Chetna in Raigarh Chhattisgarh is alleging that Jindal steel has been illegally selling coal from captive coal mines allocated to them since 2002. He mentions the answers given in state assembly confirming this allegation. He requests CBI to enquire into the mattter.
