Coal India has not fulfilled promises to displaced, alleges displaced farmer

JM Rangeela from Bokaro Jharkhand is talking to a displaced person from mines of Coal India who tells him that at the time of land acquisition Coal India had made many promises but most of them are unfulfilled after 2 years. Only 2 persons have got job and they have also not given drinking water and other facilities. He says an enquiry is going for allocation of coal block.
