They have been to many officers collectively and have tried available helplines but that has not resulted in anything positive yet. He meets a dalit person Maladhar Prajapati who tells him that he does not have a ration card from 12 years. He does not have a NREGA job card and have got no work. रोजगार ग्यारंटी योजना विशेषज्ञ सुषमा डेहरिया का कहना है की म.न.रे.गा मांग आधारित काम है इसके लिए १०-१५ के समूह में लोग ग्राम के सरपंच-सचिव के समक्ष आवेदन कर सकते है पर आवेदन करने के पश्चात पावती लेना आवश्यक है जो काम मांगने का सबूत है.इस योजना के अंतर्गत गाँव से ५ किलोमीटर के दायरे में ही काम मिलता है...पर अगर उस गाँव में काम उपलब्ध नहीं है तो दुसरे गाँव में जाने की सुविधा भी पंचायत उपलब्ध कराती है.अगर कामगारों के छोटे बच्चे है तो उसके लिए झूलाघर की व्यवस्था होती है.कार्य के दौरान चोट लगने पर उसका इलाज पंचायत करवाती है.पर अगर दुर्घटनावश किसी की मृत्यु हो जाती है तो उसे बीमे के २५००० से ५०००० तक मुआवजा मिलता है.इस योजना में काम करने का पैसा एक हफ्ते से दो हफ्ते में मिल जाता है जो उनके खातों में जमा हो जाता है.
