Dalit has no ration, voter and NREGA card, Handicapped son gets no help

Ramnaresh Yadav is visiting a village called Sevritola in Ghuman Gram Panchayat in Rewa district of MP. He meets a dalit person Maladhar Prajapati who tells him that he does not have a ration card from 12 years. He does not have a NREGA job card and have got no work.
