Naresh Bunkar is calling to say that 2 days back he had recorded a message from Telaidabra village in Chhaparwa panchayat of Lormi block in Mungeli district in Chhattisgarh saying that both the handpumps of that village were broken from more than 2 weeks and Baiga adivasis were roaming here and there in search of water. The village has 375 houses and 2 schools where 125 Baiga adivasi children are studying. But the schools have only one teacher.
