FRA: Gramsabha okayed, forest dept denied, Govt says forest dept superior...

Naresh Bunkar is talking to villagers of Birjunagar, Amatola, Dhokrighatia of Putputa panchayat in Pandariya block, Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh who say Gram Sabha had certified their applications for Forest Rights act but forest dept has declared 20 of them ineligible. Local Govt officials say whatever Forest dept says is final. He is requesting CGnet Swara community to call SDM@ 8889702600 and help Baiga adivasi villagers. Naresh@9630770722
