Ramkailask Kol Ji in Jaba block in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh is visiting a village of dalits and adivasis called Chinbhatti. In this village 25% are dalits and rest are adivasis. They tell him that they get subsidized ration for Below poverty line people on average once in 3 months.
