Jagdish is calling from Nashtgava village Jaba block, Rewa district MP. Ashok Singh from the village tells him that PHE dept installed a water tank in 2012 without a motor and laid a pipeline throughout the village but didn’t turn it on. About 500 Dalit and Adivasi persons live in the village and have to get drinking water from the nearby river.
