Impact: Handpump paritally repaired after Swara report, more broken, pls help...

Jagdish is calling from Bhausad village of Rewa district in MP and says report was made on Swara 20 days back about 4 hand pumps being broken in the village from 6 months. Following this PHE dept responded but only 1 hand pump is partially repaired now.
