Hem Marawi from Navrachna Samaj Sevi Sanstha in Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh is telling us that he is visiting a village called Sirghitti in Gaurela block and found that the middle school is closed. When he spoke to the villagers they told him that because there is no mid day meal in the school and the only teacher comes from far he opens the school for an hour.
