3 years on Panchayat representatives still struggling for rights in Jharkhand

Vakil Hembram from Ghatsila in East Singhbhum district of Jharkhand is telling that it is 3 years since the panchayat elections took place in the state but elected panchayat representatives have not got their rights like in other states.
