Sarkeguda: 4 months on, Judicial Commission has not even started work!
Dilip Jaiswal from Raipur in Chhattisgarh is reminding us that you may recall the incident in Sarkeguda in Bijapur district on 28th June 2012 where many people had died in an alleged encounter. Govt had appointed a one man judicial enquiry. The commission is headed by retired judge Mr VK Agarwal. Govt has also given a building to the commission. Jatropha getting uprooted, now they will plant something else!
Dilip Jaiswal from Balrampur district of Chhattisgarh is telling us that as monsoon is approaching forest department is preparing for plantation on the same land where they had planted Jatropha 3/4 years back. Local people are asking that if the jatropha was to be uprooted then why were they planted at the first place. "Govt taking a positive stand on Naxal issue for first time"

Govt should revise rates for Panchayat building contracts

Due to this construction of many such buildings can be delayed and the quality of work may suffer.
