Dilip Jaiswal from Balrampur district of Chhattisgarh is telling us that as monsoon is approaching forest department is preparing for plantation on the same land where they had planted Jatropha 3/4 years back. Local people are asking that if the jatropha was to be uprooted then why were they planted at the first place.
