JM Rangeela is calling from Badkibela village of Unjadi Panchayat in Nawadih block of Bokaro district in Jharkhand where Santhal adivasi villagers tell him that they have always been drinking water from nullah but a boring and pipeline was installed in February 2014 but it has not supplied any water till now. Jagdish is calling from Ambedkar Nagar in Dabhoura village, Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and talking to Mukhesh who says that handpump near his home was broken and he reported it on CM’s help line and CGnet Swara but got no response from CM helpline. Following Swara report PHE dept responded and repaired the handpump on 5th November.They thank CGNet Swara listeners for calling officers for putting pressure and also the officers for helping them. Naresh Bunkar is calling from Lamni village of Lormi block, Mungeli district in Chhattisgarh and says in this Baiga Adivasi village 7 out of 30 hand pumps were broken for a long time and they were suffering. They recorded their message on Swara in September. 2 weeks after that all the 7 hand pumps were repaired by the Public Health and Engineering department.They are thanking Swara listeners for calling officers to put pressure and officers for repairing the handpumps. Naresh Bunkar visited Rajak village of 110 Baiga adivasi families Digha Panchayat Lormi Block Mungeli district Chhattisgarh and says out of 6 handpumps in the village 2 are broken from 4 months. The village is on a mountain in Achanakmar tiger reserve buffer area where residents are forced to drink dirty nullah water.
