School handpump broken, village handpump throws dirty water, Pls call officer...

Kailash Singh Poya is calling from Devri village of Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh and is talking about the water problem of their village. He says the hand pump near the village school is broken and children are suffering. One more handpump in Mahuaripara( Uparpara) throws dirty red water which is not drinkable.
