Jagdish is calling on board train no 12428 from Anand Vihar station (in Delhi) to Rewa on 15th April and talking to passengers with Ticket no 2404485685 who say that there ticket is wait listed 1 and 2 but they have filmed the Train Ticket examiner giving reserved berth to passengers with general ticket after taking bribe but their seat is not getting reserved.
