Dalit-Adivasi village has 6 handpumps, all broken, officers don't help, pls help...

Jagdish is visiting Jatri village which is situated by forest in Jaba tehsil of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where villagers tell him that there are 6 handpumps in this Dalit-Adivasi village which were erected by Public Health and Engineering dept but all are broken from 3 months. They are forced to drink dirty water from nullah. This have complained to officials but no action has been taken. You are requested to call SDO@8959448542 and PHE officer@9425677264.
