Mohan Yadav is visiting Ghataun village in Patpura panchayat of Lakahanpur block in Surguja district of Chhattisgarh. He says in 21st century in this village there is no hand pump, no school, no road, no electricity. No development work has reached here. People drink dirty water. They are dying of malaria, diarrhea.
