Kailash Singh Poya is calling from Devri village of Surajpur district of Chhattisgarh. He resides in Mauharipara (ward no 1) and there are no hand pums there and they need to get water from far. There are lots of people visiting their part of village for collecting seed or flower from Mahua trees and request for water while working. It is difficult to deny water but water is very precious. Rajesh Yadav is calling from Laltapur village in tehsil Chakia, Post Majgahin thana Naugarh in Chandauli district in UP and says they had 6 handpumps in their village but all were broken. They were appealing officers from long but nothing moved. Then they recorded a message on CGnet Swara and Block Development Officer visited the village thereafter and all the handpumps have now got repaired and they are able to drink clean water. Lekhram Yadav and villagers are calling from Chnagaria village in Bichhia block of Mandla district of Madhya Pradesh. They say their hand pump was broken and they were getting water from far. Complaint to officers was not effective. Then they reported on CGnet Swara on 16th May and a day after on 18th their hand pump have got repaired.
