Kailash Singh Poya is calling from Devri village of Surajpur district of Chhattisgarh. He resides in Mauharipara (ward no 1) and there are no hand pums there and they need to get water from far. There are lots of people visiting their part of village for collecting seed or flower from Mahua trees and request for water while working. It is difficult to deny water but water is very precious.
