जिला-रीवा, मध्यप्रदेश से विभा जी महुए का पेड़ गरीब और आदिवासी के लिए कितना उपयोगी है यह बतला रही हैं वे बता रही है कि महुए के पेड़ का लगभग हर हिस्सा आदिवासी के जीवन का अंग है और उसके जीवन और संस्कृति में उसकी महत्ता है । पहले वे महुए के फूल की विशेषता बता रही है वो कह रही हैं कि जब तीज त्यौहार नेक आदि होते है तो हम महुए का सेवन करते है और जब हम सुबह घर से काम करने के लिए निकलते है तो घर से निकलने के पहले महुए को नाश्ते की तरह इस्तेमाल करते है और जब सुबह हम घर से निकलते है तो गुड और चने के साथ खाते है महुए के सेवन के बाद काम करते है महुए से लाटा बना के रात में भी खाते है , ये हमारे जीवन का अभिन्न अंग है |विभा@9584389840
