Chhotu Kol is visiting Majhiar village in Sirmaur tehsil of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where he meets Sardar who tells him that his house was destroyed after flood 3 weeks back and like him more than 50 families are living on road with most of their luggage. Patwari ( revenue inspector) has visited but has not helped. Local officers are not helping them even write a complaint letter. Rajbhan Kol is calling from Rajbaria Kala village in Rampur Naikin tehsil of Sidhi district in Madhya Pradesh and says Govt has built many unfinished and uncovered ditches to build toilets under Swachchh Bharat(Clean India) Mission in their village which have now got filled with water in rains and they fear children can fall there in accident.
