Ditches for toilets filled with water, can cause accident, officers don't listen...

Rajbhan Kol is calling from Rajbaria Kala village in Rampur Naikin tehsil of Sidhi district in Madhya Pradesh and says Govt has built many unfinished and uncovered ditches to build toilets under Swachchh Bharat(Clean India) Mission in their village which have now got filled with water in rains and they fear children can fall there in accident.
