Anil Gudia from Palamu district in Jharkhand says on 27th July a ration shop dealer Lalmani Singh and his sons had beaten dalit lady Saraswati Devi when they had gone to ask for due ration from 5 months. I had reported it on Swara and some other forums requesting people to call officials. Thanks to those calls two sons of the dealer has now been arrested and his license has been cancelled though he remains absconding. He says many people in the country die because of animal bite every year due to late or wrong treatment and this can and should be prevented. He says we can not finish animals as they are part of our nature and we need them but with knowledge we can manage the situation when they bite us.

Anil Gudia from Daltonganj in Jharkhand is telling us about beating of a dalit woman Saraswati Devi when she went to ask about subsidized ration in Public distribution Shop. The dealer is not giving ration to from last 4 months. Last week when some women went to ask about it she was brutally beaten up by the PDS dealer.
