Rabi Pradhan from Odisha says while traveling on train he found Titlagarh railway station to be very dirty. Then he wrote a complaint in suggestion book available on the station and also reported on CGnet Swara. Rabijiis visiting Titlagarh in Balangir district in Odisha where villagers tell him that they are protesting against Sahara power plant which wants their fertile land from 2009. They allege Govt is working as an agent of the company and have put false cases against many farmers who does not want to give their land.
