Rabi Pradhan is visiting Mohrapadar village in Khaprakhol block of Bolangir district in Odisha where he is talking to villagers who tell him that their biggest problem is drinking water. They have pipelines laid in the village from last 4/5 years. Local MP had also inaugurated it but they are yet to get any water on those taps.
