He says in these special meetings representatives are supposed to give details of expenses of the year 2010-11 and should be used to raies objections if any. He says it is generally seen that these meetings are a mere formality and Gram Sabahs are just peddaling the Govt agenda set from above. Sanjay Sharma from Surguja in Chhattisgarh says National Human Rights Commission has issued a notice to state on the case of Somar Sai. He reminds us that when the case was first raised in Swara Govt of India had sent a notice to state but because the letter had a misspelling the Govt had replied saying there is no one with that name.
