NREGA non payment: NHRC issues notice to state

Sanjay Sharma from Surguja in Chhattisgarh says National Human Rights Commission has issued a notice to state on the case of Somar Sai. He reminds us that when the case was first raised in Swara Govt of India had sent a notice to state but because the letter had a misspelling the Govt had replied saying there is no one with that name. Mr Sai died in 2008 and his wife Laxmi is still running from pillar to post to collect his NREGA wages. He also thanks the person who took the case to NHRC. Sanjay ji can be reached at 09754332440
