Savita Rath is calling from Dharmajaigarh in Raigarh district in Chhattisgarh where locals are protesting against a Govt order giving land to Vedanta/Balco for a coal mine. People say this is a 5th schedule area and Govt can’t take any land without permission of Gram Sabha which has rejected the offer.
