We have only one handpump in village, need another, officers don't respond...
Kishor Kumar Mohanti is visiting ward no 7 under Saranatola Mohalla in Lathikata Block of Sundergarh District in Odisha where women tell him that there is only one hand pump to their village.They have to go 1k.M. away to fetch the water when that is broken.
