He says if Baiga tribals cut small patch of forest they are put behind bar but in Kukdur range when Baigas complained with photographic proof instead of taking action against Dhobas forest dept has booked 11 Baigas. Naresh Bunkar is calling to say that 2 days back he had recorded a message from Telaidabra village in Chhaparwa panchayat of Lormi block in Mungeli district in Chhattisgarh saying that both the handpumps of that village were broken from more than 2 weeks and Baiga adivasis were roaming here and there in search of water.
