Devram bhai from Harda in MP is talking to villagers from Kadola Raghav village who tell him that they were displaced by Indira Sagar dam 15 years ago. At the time of displacing Govt had promised many things including electricity but they still live in dark.One of them tell him that his daughter was recently bitten by snake at night and could be saved only after taking to hospital. Gulzar Singh Markam from Bhopal is telling us in Gondi language that he visisted some villages 40-50 kms away from the capital and the villagers complained that they get electricity only for few hours. At one end state Govt is claiming they are giving round the clock electricity but in reality if this is the situation next to capital Bhopal then what will be the situation in far off places. Devram Manik from Ambedkar Vichar Manch Harda in MP is telling us about 27 displaced dalit families from Indira Sagar Dam. These families are living in Karola village in Khirkiya block from year 2000. Though they have sacrificed their motherland for electricity generation but they live in dark. An adivasi man Mangaiah is calling from Koyagattu village, Gondhigudem Panchayat, Aswapuram Mandal, Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh.He says in our village 50 adivasi families are living from 10 years.But there is no road to go and we did not get Ration card, Voter card, NREGA card and Adhar card.
