Kailash Patel is calling from ward no.5 in Dekha under Municipal Corporation area of Rewa District in Madhya Pradesh and talking to women who say that there is severe scarcity of water and Municipality doesn’t respond. Taps were installed but they don’t give water. They also don’t have electricity and toilets.
