Santosh Tudu from Ranchi in Jharkhand says today he went to have meal at Mukhyamantri Dal Bhat kendra where state provides rice and dal at subsidized cost of Rs 5 but the quality was appalling. He requests the Chief Minister to make a surprise visit to the centers sometime. He says though now there is lotsof crowd in buses and they are not running in loss as was written in papers but they are very badly managed which is promotong auto riksaws.
