Govt says they are doing so much for the poor but that does not reach them. They go to work and children are only playing and not studying. Govt should give each poor family 5 acre of land. Chhotu Adivasi is walking with Padyatra of Dalit Mahasabha which started on 1st January has now reached Damoh district in MP. He is talking to his fellow padyatri Ramprakash Ji who says in 1960s Govt had announced Land ceiling act. Govt should act according to that act and distribute excess land amongst landless dalits and adivasis. He says viillages are suffering for water and the quality of education is very poor.
