Monika Marawi is visiting Kamthi village in Pandaria block of Chhattisgarh where she meets Manikram Patel an old farmer who says that he used to use cow dung for his crops before but started using chemical fertilizer later which is harming his crop. He again wants to use organic manure and looking for support to know more about it. He grows rice, vegetables and kodo and would like to know what kind of organic manure and pesticide to be used so that crop is not harmed which is happening while using chemical fertilizers.

Monika Maravi is calling from Gudaras village under Salebhatti panchayat in Manpur block of Rajnandgaon district in Chhattisgarh and talking to village women who tell her that they have 4 hand pumps but two of them are broken. Private well owners don’t allow. Public well is far and they fetch water from there . Villagers are suffering but officers not helping.
