He says in 21st century in this village there is no hand pump, no school, no road, no electricity. No development work has reached here. People drink dirty water. They are dying of malaria, diarrhea. This is an area fighting against coal mining. They say company had put a pipe line but there is no water and they need to walk kilometers to fetch drinking water.
