30 of us don’t have ration cards so we are not getting subsidized foodgrains. Around 100 people live here in ward no 4 of Sonhara village and panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh but there is no handpump or other source of water. We need to walk more than half a km to get dirty water from river and people are falling ill.
