Santosh Kawasi is calling from Patanaguda village under Jirampal Panchayat of Sukma tehsil and district in Chhattisgarh and says 60-70 adivasis had worked in road construction in year 2007-08 there but are still waiting for wages and they are facing difficulties without that money.
