Handpump broken from 15 days, no response after several appeals, pls help...

Sharif Basor is calling from Ambedkar Nagar of Dabhaura village in Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and says their hand pump was broken for many days and nobody responded to their complaints. Then they reported it on CGNet Swara appealing for immediate repair and officers responded and the hand pump got repaired and they have clean drinking water now. 2 school handpumps broken from 3 months, Request to officers don't help...
